We believe that Yoga is for EveryBody, no matter what age, gender, shape or background. We practice and teach honouring tradition, whilst respecting the demands of modern life, working anatomically safe, honouring the individual.
Yoga is union of body, mind and soul. Through a series of exercises (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayamas) it brings vitality, flexibility, strength, concentration, self-confidence and mental calm.
